southeastern Tillman County in southwestern Oklahoma...

* until 345 am CDT

* at 247 am CDT... a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles northeast
of Grandfield... moving east at 25 mph.

Hazard... ping pong Ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

Source... radar indicated.

Impact... people and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs... siding... windows... and vehicles. Expect
           wind damage to roofs... siding... and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
Walters... Grandfield... Temple... Randlett... Devol... Cookietown and
Taylor.

This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 0 and 22.

At 236 am CDT... a severe thunderstorm was located near Loveland...
moving southeast at 35 mph.

Hazard... 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

Source... radar indicated.

Impact... hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs... siding... and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Grandfield and Loveland.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature's leading

The Flood Warning continues for
the Red River near Burkburnett.

* Until late Wednesday night... or until the warning is cancelled.

* At 1:30 am Tuesday the stage was 9.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.

* Impact... at 10.0 feet... crop and range lands... oil fields... and
rural roads are affected. Some low-lying areas near the river may
be isolated by high water in side channels. Areas along the river
near Davidson Oklahoma begin to flood several hours before the
crest approaches the Burkburnett area. The flood crest reaches the
area along the river near Taylor Oklahoma several hours later.
Cattle and other property should be relocated to places which are 1
foot higher than nearby river banks to avoid being stranded.

* Flash Flood Warning for...
east central Jackson County in southwestern Oklahoma...
northwestern Tillman County in southwestern Oklahoma...

* until 415 am CDT

* at 120 am CDT... Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm producing
heavy rain near Headrick up to three inches of rain have already
fallen.

Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in the
warned area.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Turn around... dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

* Flood Advisory for...
south central Kiowa County in southwestern Oklahoma...
east central Jackson County in southwestern Oklahoma...
northwestern Tillman County in southwestern Oklahoma...

* until 400 am CDT

* at 106 am CDT... Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in
the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Altus... Snyder... Olustee... Mountain Park... Manitou... Headrick...
Friendship... Humphreys and Altus Air Force Base.

Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result minor flooding... and flash
flooding may be possible. Stay alert for flash flood warnings.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams... urban areas... highways... streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots. Turn around... don't
drown.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

The Flood Watch for flash flooding... flooding of creeks and
rivers... and flooding of low lying areas continues for

* portions of Oklahoma and northern Texas... including the
following areas... in Oklahoma... Beckham... Caddo... Comanche...
Cotton... Grady... Greer... Harmon... Jackson... Jefferson...
Kiowa... Stephens... Tillman and Washita. In northern Texas...
Archer... Baylor... Clay... Foard... Hardeman... Knox... Wichita and
Wilbarger.

* Through Wednesday morning

* additional heavy rainfall... over already saturated soils... may
result in flooding for some locations. Total rainfall amounts
through late Tuesday will range from one half inch to three
inches across the watch area... with locally higher amounts
possible.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Monitor weather forecasts and information. Make plans to get to
higher ground if flooding happens.
